Job Description
The company is looking for a Site Technical Manager for Architecture in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is about making sure architectural designs are brought to life correctly on construction sites. You'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of architectural works, ensuring everything aligns with the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Your day-to-day will involve reviewing drawings, coordinating with various teams like consultants and contractors to solve technical issues, and making sure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards. You'll also be involved in quality control, providing technical guidance, and resolving any on-site challenges that arise.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in site-based architectural management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination is essential, along with a solid understanding of construction methodologies and UAE building regulations.
