Job Description
An architectural leader is needed in Larnaca, Cyprus, to shape the future of a growing construction company. This role involves taking the reins of the architectural function, personally designing new residential and mixed-use projects, and establishing a brand-new Design & Architecture Department. You'll be instrumental in building a team and setting the company's design standards from the ground up.
You'll manage external consultants, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure designs meet planning regulations and optimize saleable areas. A key part of the role is supporting the construction phase with technical guidance and collaborating closely with development, sales, and marketing teams. Strong knowledge of Cyprus planning laws and experience with Revit and BIM workflows are essential.
