The company is looking for a seasoned Architect to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on designing and bringing to life high-end multifamily and mixed-use developments. You'll be involved in every stage, from the initial concept to the final build, ensuring everything aligns with the company's vision and project goals.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the architectural design and technical coordination, making sure all projects meet strict building codes and regulations. You'll use your BIM expertise, ideally with Autodesk Revit, to create and manage construction documents. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and city agencies to navigate the complexities of New York City's development landscape.
This position requires a Licensed Architect with at least 20 years of experience, particularly with high-rise residential and mixed-use projects. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential, along with a deep understanding of NYC building codes and permitting processes.
