This company is looking for a Design Architect to join their team in North York, Ontario. You'll be responsible for providing full architectural design services for transit facilities, ensuring everything from technical accuracy to constructability is covered. This role involves directing and reviewing the work of support staff, gathering project information, and preparing all necessary contract documentation. You'll also be involved in code compliance reviews, developing design reports, and managing design work according to project schedules. The position requires you to perform site reviews, provide construction phase support, and coordinate contract changes. Experience with MicroStation and Revit is a plus, and a University degree in Architecture with at least 10 years of experience on complex projects is essential.
