This role is for a Senior Architect to lead the full spectrum of architectural design across various project types. You'll be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and ensuring designs meet project requirements and standards, while also championing safety in design. The position involves creative design management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion, and preparing detailed architectural documentation. You will also lead design reviews, supervise architectural staff, and ensure compliance with design briefs and asset standards. This includes overseeing material selections and mock-ups, solving design challenges creatively within budget, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. The role requires a strong understanding of financial and commercial project management, risk management, and international design standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent conceptual and aesthetic design skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino. You should be adept at leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects and possess strong organizational skills to meet deadlines. A minimum of 22 years of architectural design and management experience, with a proven track record in managing international design consultants and diverse project typologies, is essential.
