The company is looking for a Principal Architect to join their team in Singapore. This role is crucial for managing architectural projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards. You'll be responsible for everything from initial design concepts and presentations to coordinating with various disciplines and overseeing construction documentation.
Your expertise will be vital in preparing and submitting building plans, ensuring designs incorporate safety and legal requirements. You'll also guide junior architects and manage the tender and handover processes. A degree in Architecture and at least seven years of relevant experience are required, along with proficiency in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD.
