Job Description
The company is looking for a Lead Architect with over 15 years of experience, specifically in designing luxury residential villas. This role is purely focused on architectural design, not interior design.
The Lead Architect will be responsible for spearheading design efforts, conducting feasibility studies, and coordinating with various teams like sales, project management, and consultants. They will also manage meetings, review consultant work, and ensure all designs comply with company standards and Indian building codes.
Key skills include strong proficiency in SketchUp, excellent presentation abilities, and a good understanding of architectural planning and master planning. Prior on-site experience and a background in real estate design management are considered advantageous.
