Job Description
The company is looking for an Associate Director to lead cost management for significant construction projects in the Berlin area. This role involves being the main point of contact for clients, guiding projects to successful completion.
You'll need a strong background in cost planning and estimating before contracts are signed, as well as managing commercial aspects after. Bringing practical experience and a knack for client interaction, team leadership, and stakeholder management will be key.
The position requires expertise in all areas of cost management, from initial estimates and feasibility studies to procurement, contract administration, and final accounts. A good grasp of construction processes, including MEP and structural elements, is essential. Experience in the German construction market and fluency in German and English are also important.
