Job Description
This role is for an ALCMS Lead on a major airport modernization program in Toronto. The company is looking for someone to oversee the design, integration, testing, and commissioning of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System. This involves working within a joint venture team and ensuring the system meets all relevant standards and operational requirements in a live airport environment.
The position requires a strong understanding of airfield electrical infrastructure, including Field Electrical Centres and lighting systems. You'll be validating system architecture, coordinating interfaces with various stakeholders, and supporting phased commissioning and cutovers. Experience with Transport Canada and ICAO standards is essential, as is the ability to work within the constraints of an active airport.
If you have a background in airfield lighting and ALCMS implementation, particularly within progressive design-build projects, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.
