Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee quality on their projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves ensuring all quality plans, procedures, and audits align with contractual, client, and ISO standards.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the project's construction quality plan, reviewing subcontractor deliverables, and conducting internal and external audits. A key part of the job is managing non-conformances and corrective actions, as well as providing quality training to project teams.
This position requires an Engineering Degree or Diploma with at least 10 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. A QMS Lead Auditor certification and experience with major EPC contractors and ADNOC projects are mandatory. Strong knowledge of ISO-based QMS and excellent coordination skills are essential.
