This role is for a Technical Director focused on data center projects, based in Bangkok, Thailand. You'll be leading the technical side of major data center developments across different countries. This involves managing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and present solutions. You'll be reviewing designs, assessing requirements, and developing optimized facility solutions. A key part of the job is managing technical risks, doing cost analyses, and providing guidance on industry standards for everything from electrical and mechanical systems to civil works and critical equipment like UPS and generators. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, at least 10 years of experience in data centers, and a proven track record managing large-scale projects. Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Revit, along with a solid grasp of international data center standards, is essential.
