The company is looking for a Sr. BIM Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves supporting design and engineering teams on high-profile projects, guiding them from design through construction. You'll be responsible for developing BIM strategies, overseeing BIM work, and ensuring quality across projects, working closely with BIM leadership on new initiatives. Your day-to-day will include managing project staff and processes for BIM implementation, coordinating the full model lifecycle (3D, 4D, 5D), and reviewing contractor model submittals. You'll also assist teams by providing and formatting information from virtual models for presentations and progress reporting, offering technical advice, and coaching on BIM application. This position requires a strong understanding of Common Data Environments like Autodesk BIM360 or ACC, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Experience with Dynamo visual programming is a plus. You'll also need to develop and maintain BIM documentation, standards, and quality control procedures, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
