Job Description
The company is looking for a Sr. BIM Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves supporting the Design & Engineering team on high-profile projects, from design through construction. You'll be responsible for developing BIM strategies, overseeing BIM work, and ensuring BIM quality across projects.
Your day-to-day will include managing project staff and processes for BIM implementation, coordinating the full model lifecycle (3D, 4D, 5D), and reviewing contractor model submittals. You'll also provide technical advice and guidance to project teams, helping them implement and apply BIM effectively, and ensuring models align with client needs.
This position requires extensive experience with BIM environments and applications, including Autodesk BIM 360/ACC, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. A strong understanding of BIM documentation, standards, and quality control procedures is essential, along with the ability to drive automation processes.
