Job Description
This role is for an experienced Associate Director in Fire & Life Safety to lead and develop a specialist team. You'll be responsible for delivering complex fire and life safety strategies for major infrastructure and building projects, ensuring they meet all local and international standards.
Your work will involve leading design efforts, coordinating with approving authorities, and reviewing designs in BIM. You'll also interpret CFD modeling results and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
The company is looking for someone with strong technical expertise in fire and life safety codes, including IBC, IFC, Saudi Building Codes, and NFPA standards. You should have at least 15 years of experience, with 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record on large-scale GCC projects.
