Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager in Dallas, Texas. This role is all about shaping how the firm uses BIM, focusing on improving model quality, team skills, and project efficiency. You'll be developing standards, creating templates and content, and supporting project teams with everything from startup to audits.
You'll also be the go-to person for Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, leading the BIM Help Desk and identifying areas for improvement. This involves collaborating with various leaders to streamline workflows and enhance documentation quality, as well as evaluating new technologies.
This position requires a strong background in architectural practice and at least five years in BIM management. Advanced Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud skills are essential, along with experience in developing BIM standards and workflows. Good communication and troubleshooting abilities are key to supporting multiple teams.
