The company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead their firmwide BIM strategy. This role involves partnering with project teams across all offices to enhance design and documentation quality, improve coordination, and establish consistent digital delivery standards.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in BIM or digital project delivery, with a strong background in BIM management. Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, including model setup, worksharing, and troubleshooting, is essential. Experience supporting diverse project teams and a solid understanding of architectural documentation and its impact on project outcomes are also key.
This position requires strong communication and teaching skills to mentor staff, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with various project stakeholders. The role also involves developing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans, balancing firmwide consistency with project-specific needs.
