Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You'll be instrumental in implementing digital delivery across major building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with client mandates and ISO 19650 standards.
Your role will involve overseeing BIM model coordination using tools like Revit and Civil 3D, managing clash detection with Navisworks or similar platforms, and governing the Common Data Environment. You'll also drive efficiency through automation with Dynamo and contribute to reporting with Power BI.
This is an opportunity to lead and mentor a BIM team, acting as a key interface with clients and contractors. Experience with GCC/Saudi BIM mandates and large-scale developments is highly valued.
