Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Associate Director with a focus on mechanical systems to lead their BIM operations within the Design Department. This remote role involves setting the strategic direction for mechanical BIM, ensuring quality, and developing workflows that advance the firm's digital capabilities.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of mechanical BIM users, collaborating with other discipline leaders and the executive team. This includes developing and enforcing BIM standards, driving the adoption of advanced modeling tools, and managing change initiatives to improve efficiency and collaboration.
The position also requires serving as a technical liaison for clients, representing the BIM discipline in reviews, and collaborating with project teams to ensure model fidelity. You'll also explore and implement emerging technologies and data integration to enhance BIM processes.
