Job Description
The company is looking for a Field Engineering Lead in Bengaluru, India. This role involves overseeing facilities management, MEP maintenance, and construction projects across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrades, ideally with experience in leased commercial properties.
You should have a strong understanding of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and project management. The ability to manage vendors, control budgets, and ensure safety and compliance is key. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are also important for this position.
