Job Description
This role is for an Assistant Resident Engineer focused on a major metro depot project. The company is looking for someone to oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring all aspects like civil, structural, MEP, and rail systems are integrated smoothly. You'll be the main point of contact, coordinating between different teams and stakeholders, including the client.
Your responsibilities will include managing the planning, design coordination, and construction of depot buildings and systems. This involves ensuring seamless integration of rail infrastructure and managing interfaces with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. You'll also be involved in driving construction sequencing, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in large infrastructure or rail projects, with a proven track record in delivering metro depots. Strong experience in the Middle East, particularly the UAE, is highly preferred. You should have a solid understanding of the entire depot construction lifecycle and be skilled in multidisciplinary coordination and interface management.
