Job Description
The company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the development of a new, large-scale logistics center in Israel. This project involves significant infrastructure and advanced automation systems, covering 100,000 sqm.
You'll be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensuring the budget and schedule are met. This includes site supervision to maintain quality and manage the integration of building infrastructure with automated systems. You will also be reporting progress and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
This role requires proven experience in managing large, complex construction projects, ideally in industrial real estate or logistics. Experience with projects integrating advanced automation is a strong plus. You should have a solid background in budget and schedule management, risk control, and strong leadership and coordination skills.
