Job Description
The company is looking for an Associate Construction Director to lead infrastructure, civil, and build projects in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role involves managing the development and delivery of complex plans, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives, and optimizing resources for commercially effective operations.
You'll be responsible for overseeing sub-programmes, maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and sustainability, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team. The position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and extensive project delivery experience, ideally within Rail, Utilities, Bus, or Highways.
