Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead their Fire & Life Safety team in Dubai. This role involves guiding complex fire and life safety strategies for major infrastructure and building projects, ensuring they meet both local and international standards.
You'll be responsible for managing the team, leading design efforts, and ensuring compliance with building codes. This includes conducting site inspections, coordinating with authorities, and reviewing designs in BIM. You'll also interpret CFD modeling results and develop high-quality fire strategy reports.
This position offers a chance to take commercial and technical leadership, manage client relationships, and contribute to winning new business. You'll also mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate fire safety principles effectively.
