Job Description
The company is looking for a Training Lead to focus on Process Pipe BIM. This role is about building and leading a global training system to enhance the technical skills of their mechanical pipe BIM teams across the US and Metro Manila. It's a leadership position focused on setting standards and improving capabilities, rather than direct project delivery.
In this role, you will define global modeling standards, reduce new hire onboarding time, and improve quality assurance processes. You'll create scalable training systems that boost performance internationally.
