Job Description
The company is looking for a Civil Technical Office Manager in Alexandria, Egypt. This role involves overseeing all technical office operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
You'll be responsible for managing quantity surveying, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with consultants, and monitoring project progress. This includes leading the technical office team, distributing tasks, and evaluating performance. Regular site visits will also be part of the job to ensure execution aligns with approved plans.
The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, at least 15 years of experience in construction, and a minimum of 2 years in a management role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, and Word is essential, along with strong leadership and coordination skills.
