Job Description
The company is looking for an Associate Director to lead infrastructure strategy, governance, and programme delivery for a major public sector client in the Doha Metropolitan Area. This senior role involves providing strategic oversight for complex infrastructure programmes, focusing on delivery, governance, procurement, and commercial management.
The ideal candidate will drive performance improvements and ensure alignment with best practices for large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities include leading benchmarking, gap analysis, and supporting programmes from planning through to close-out, while managing contracts, risks, and stakeholders.
A degree in a relevant field and at least 20 years of experience, including 10 years in senior leadership and 5 years in Qatar or the GCC, are required. Strong knowledge of contract management, FIDIC contracts, and the local regulatory environment is essential.
