Job Description
The company is seeking a Junior Architect to join their team in Pune Division, Maharashtra, India. This role involves taking architectural projects from the initial concept all the way through to completion. You'll be working closely with clients and internal teams to develop functional and innovative design solutions.
You'll be responsible for creating architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design plans. This includes conducting site visits to gather necessary information and offering design recommendations. Collaboration with senior team members on project discussions, providing design input, and sharing progress updates will also be a key part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 6 months to 2 years of experience. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and good communication and organizational skills are essential. You should be a quick learner, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software like Lumion, D5, Enscape, or Corona is required.
