Job Description
This company is looking for an Architectural Design Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois. The role involves supporting a large national modernization program for commercial facilities. You'll be part of a design team, focusing on architectural review, space planning, and design coordination to bring new life to existing spaces.
You will work closely with project managers and architects, reviewing and marking up architectural drawings using Bluebeam Revu. Your responsibilities will include coordinating floor plans, elevations, and construction documents, as well as analyzing traffic flow to improve functionality. This is a great opportunity for someone with a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least one year of experience with Bluebeam.
The position offers a hybrid work schedule with half-day Fridays and flexible in-office days. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience with large-scale renovation projects and contribute to a growing design team, this could be the role for you.
