Job Description
The company is looking for an Assistant BIM Coordinator to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves working on various construction projects, such as hospitals and hotels, and collaborating with a team to resolve design conflicts. You'll be responsible for reviewing project documents, creating shop drawings, and setting up Revit views.
You'll also represent the company in coordination meetings and help manage project documentation. The company provides training in Revit and other MEP fabrication programs, so a strong willingness to learn is key.
This position requires someone with a good understanding of mechanical drafting conventions and experience with Revit. Familiarity with Navis Works and BIM 360 Glue is a plus. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
