Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming construction designs into precise, buildable 3D models. Your work will ensure projects proceed efficiently from the coordination phase all the way through to construction.
You'll be responsible for translating construction documents into accurate 3D models and coordinating them with other trades to proactively identify and resolve potential conflicts. This involves reviewing and auditing models from consultants and contractors, primarily using Autodesk Revit, and extracting quantities directly from these models.
This position also involves maintaining BIM project documentation and supporting engineers and senior leaders with drawings and plans. A key aspect of the role is ensuring all drawings and models are accurate, clear, and easily understood by all project stakeholders.
