This role involves creating detailed technical drawings, including reinforcement and construction plans, as well as detailed drawings essential for construction projects. You'll be working in a 3D BIM environment, generating three-dimensional derivations from 3D planning for dismantling and assembly concepts. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining parts lists, drawing registers, and quantity surveys derived from the 3D planning. This position requires independent correspondence and coordination with clients and internal engineering teams to ensure efficient project execution. Proficiency in advanced CAD software like Allplan Nemetschek, DICAD, and TEKLA is expected to produce professional-level technical drawings. The company is seeking a qualified CAD Draftsperson with experience in structural engineering and BIM. A strong sense of quality, teamwork, and logical/spatial reasoning are important.
