Job Description
This company is looking for a CAD Planner/3D Designer to focus on road and civil engineering for wind farm projects. You'll be responsible for designing access routes, component laydown areas, and delivery paths, taking into account the specific terrain. This involves creating site plans, elevation plans, and terrain cross-sections, as well as calculating earthworks. You'll also coordinate with construction companies.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of coordinate systems, official plans, and spatial data. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus, as is general proficiency with CAD software. Teamwork and a willingness to learn new areas are essential.
