Job Description
The company is looking for a CAD Specialist to join their team in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in the office, with a focus on creating and ensuring the quality of architectural marketing materials.
You'll be working with floor plans, interactive tools, and virtual tours, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include coordinating production, reviewing deliverables for accuracy, and providing technical support using your AutoCAD and architectural plan knowledge.
This position is ideal for someone with an Associate's degree or equivalent, strong AutoCAD skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in the residential building industry and with Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus.
