Job Description
This company is looking for a CAD Drafter to join their team in Richmond, Virginia. You'll be supporting designers and engineers on electrical substation, utility, and infrastructure projects. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
You'll be using CAD tools to help develop project drawings, including one-lines, schematics, and layouts. You'll also collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team, vendors, and construction teams, and may assist with onsite walkdowns. Experience with MicroStation is highly desired, along with a good understanding of drafting practices and the ability to work in both 2D and 3D.
