The company is looking for a Drafting Technician to join their Virtual Design Coordination team in Douglasville, Georgia. This role is key to supporting the design and planning of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects. You'll be creating and reviewing technical drawings, managing submittals, and helping project managers keep everything aligned with project goals.
You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all project details are accurately captured and communicated. A solid understanding of mechanical trades and proficiency in software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks are essential. The job involves drafting and design support, preparing and managing submittals, assisting project managers, and contributing to scheduling and forecasting.
