The company is looking for a SketchUp Technical Drafter to join their Acoustics Engineering Team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is all about supporting acoustical engineers by creating the drawings and 3D models needed for acoustic studies and project deliverables. You'll be primarily using SketchUp, but also Revit and AutoCAD to work with architectural drawings and engineering requirements. You'll translate project information into accurate and clear drawings and models, collaborating closely with acoustical engineers across various projects. This involves preparing 2D drawings and 3D models, reviewing architectural plans, and updating designs based on feedback. The focus is on technical accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining good organization. Strong SketchUp skills are essential, along with good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD for understanding and coordinating drawings. The ability to interpret architectural plans and translate technical information into visual formats is key. While experience is a plus, they welcome applications from fresh graduates with strong drafting and software skills.
