Job Description
The company is looking for a steel frame draftsman or draftswoman to join their team in Chicoutimi, Quebec, Canada. This role involves preparing engineering designs and drawings, developing design sketches, and completing documentation packages. You'll also be responsible for examining drawings to ensure they conform to standards and are free of errors.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Tekla software and be familiar with creating shop drawings. While experience is an asset, it's not strictly required. A CEGEP or equivalent education is preferred, and a Drafting Trade Certification is a plus.
