Job Description
This company is looking for a Survey Technician and Civil 3D Drafter to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. You'll be working on drafting sketches and plats for various projects, collaborating closely with the RPLS and Project Manager to ensure timely completion.
Your day-to-day will involve processing raw field data using Trimble Business Center, performing deed research, and preparing legal descriptions. You'll also be responsible for quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and a background in land surveying projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
