The company is looking for a Jr. Site Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supporting the Project Engineer in overseeing the execution of construction work, ensuring it meets quality, safety, and timeline standards. You'll be responsible for communicating project details clearly to site staff and assisting with the implementation of new construction methods.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating with various managers to optimize resources like manpower and equipment. You'll also handle site documentation, ensure safety regulations are followed, and monitor subcontractor progress. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment.
The company is open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial). Good communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
