Job Description
The company is looking for a Field Engineer or Project Engineer to join a significant, multi-year project in Joseph City, Arizona. This role is crucial for supporting a project that contributes to public health and cleaner energy. You'll be involved in daily reporting, tracking quantities, updating schedules and budgets, and managing project correspondence.
This position is primarily field-based, requiring about 75% travel or temporary relocation to the project site. A vehicle allowance, fuel card, and per diem for travel expenses are provided. The role involves interpreting designs for field teams, coordinating with project management to resolve issues, and performing quantity takeoffs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining drawing logs, tracking production, and preparing various project documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience with job costing, scheduling, and estimating, along with proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in a field or project engineering role within construction.
