Job Description
This company is looking for an Estimation Engineer to join their interior fit-out team in Dubai. You'll be managing all the cost aspects of projects, from preparing detailed estimates and tender documents to handling variations and final accounts.
The role involves working closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to a high standard. You'll be evaluating tender documents, managing procurement, monitoring project costs, and preparing financial reports.
If you have 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally within interior fit-outs, and are proficient with relevant software, this could be a great next step. A background in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
