Job Description
The company is looking for a Building Electrical Designer to join their team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role involves conducting site surveys, contributing to plans using AutoCAD and Revit, and handling the technical design and coordination of building electrical projects. You'll work closely with engineers and technicians to develop solutions for various sectors, including institutional, commercial, and residential.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and adapting electrical installations, performing calculations for systems like fire alarms and lighting, and contributing to the production of plans, specifications, and cost estimates. You will also provide support during construction and handle related administrative tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in building electrical systems are required, with knowledge of Quebec codes and Revit/AutoCAD being assets.
