Job Description
This company is seeking a Facility VDC/BIM Engineer to join their new fab design team in Phoenix, Arizona. You'll be working closely with trade partners to manage 3D models for facility systems, ensuring their quality and timely release for construction.
Your role will also involve space management, developing usage principles, and making sure designs align with the company's space rules. You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving interferences, contributing to the overall design solutions.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and possess good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with semiconductor factory VDC/BIM and space management is a plus.
