Job Description
The company is looking for a Technical System Planner for HVAC or Electrical Engineering in Berlin. This role involves creating technical solutions for building services, using software for design and quantity take-offs, and developing and editing models in Revit. You'll be responsible for ensuring model quality, performing clash detection, and coordinating solutions with the team.
This position offers the chance to contribute to the advancement of 3D planning and the integration of 4D and 5D applications, playing a key part in developing BIM processes. With experience, there are opportunities to grow into roles like Revit Key User, CAD Mentor, or BIM Manager.
Ideal candidates will have a completed apprenticeship as a Technical System Planner or a technician/master in HVAC or electrical engineering, with some experience in planning building services. Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is expected, along with strong spatial reasoning skills and a passion for tackling technical challenges in building digitalization.
