Job Description
A BIM Engineer is needed to develop and manage Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. This role involves creating and updating detailed BIM models, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating with project teams to resolve design clashes. The engineer will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models meet project specifications and timelines.
The position requires strong skills in BIM, including model creation, coordination, and clash detection. Familiarity with construction drawings, documentation, and foundational knowledge in architecture and civil engineering are important. Experience with MEP systems and proficiency in software like Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks would be beneficial.
