Job Description
This company is looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join their team in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. You'll be assisting with the coordination and execution of projects involving boilers, pressure vessels, and mechanical systems. This role involves supporting senior engineers with project schedules, reports, and technical documentation, as well as reviewing drawings and liaising with various internal teams.
You'll also be involved in monitoring project progress on-site, helping to resolve technical issues, and preparing meeting minutes. The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. While fresh graduates are welcome, up to two years of experience in project execution, fabrication, or industrial engineering is a plus.
A basic understanding of boilers, pressure vessels, or mechanical fabrication would be beneficial. The company is seeking someone with good communication and problem-solving skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively and travel to sites when needed.
