Job Description
This role is for a technician or engineer focused on sustainable and innovative building services in Stuttgart. You'll be instrumental in ensuring buildings operate efficiently and comfortably after completion, supporting clients and architects in creating future-proof structures. The work involves a variety of tasks, with each project presenting unique challenges.
After a thorough onboarding by experienced colleagues, you'll independently handle the planning and conceptualization of electrical systems within buildings. You'll join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team in construction consulting, contributing to the future of building technology. This includes supporting project leaders in evaluating technical building services planning, identifying gaps, and exploring optimization potential.
You will also review calculations and designs with guidance, participate in planning meetings, and help document them. Developing sustainable and innovative concepts for new builds and renovations, and presenting potential added value to all project stakeholders will be key. You'll also gain experience in exciting areas like Smart Building and BIM.
