This role involves contributing to technical mandates focused on building envelopes, including inspections, performance testing, and quality assurance on construction sites. You'll assist in preparing technical reports, quantity surveys, and budget estimates, and play a part in asset maintenance and rehabilitation projects. Collaboration with experienced professionals on diverse client projects is key.
The company is looking for someone with a DEC in Architectural Technology or a related bachelor's degree, and 1-3 years of experience in building sciences or envelopes. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is required, with Revit being an asset. Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and professional communication skills in both French and English are essential, along with a valid driver's license for site visits.
