Job Description
This role is for a Quantity Surveyor focusing on structural work, based in Aschaffenburg, Germany. The company is looking for someone to independently manage tender processes for building construction projects. This involves reviewing tender and plan documents, technically checking offers and price inquiries, and developing special proposals.
You'll be responsible for calculating quantities, creating specifications, and establishing budgets. Collaboration in negotiation processes is also part of the role. A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification, is required. Experience with construction software, particularly RIB iTWO, and MS Office is beneficial, alongside strong self-management and teamwork skills.
