To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and up to 4 years of experience in the AEC industry, specifically with bridge or infrastructure projects. Strong 3D modeling skills and a solid understanding of BIM processes are essential.
